Small to Medium Business/Organization Package
Our Small to Medium Business/Organization Site Design and Maintenance
Package employs aspects of our six-phase Web design process (view
summary in popup window) to deliver a succinct, optimized Website,
including:
- Custom Website up to 30 pages
- Custom navigation system
- Custom graphics throughout site
- Limited content editing
- Three contact, feedback, e-newsletter, or related forms
- Internal search tool
- Search engine optimization and initial submission
- Custom style sheets
- Monthly tracking reports
- Monthly updates and maintenance for one full year
- One limited promotion/special event subsite per year
Initial Web Presence Package
Our Initial Web Presence Site Design and Maintenance Package employs
aspects of our six-phase Web design process (view
summary in popup window) to deliver an initial, optimized Website,
including:
- Custom Website up to 6 pages
- Custom navigation system
- Custom graphics throughout site
- Search engine optimization and initial submission
- Custom style sheets
- Monthly tracking reports

Web Template Package
Our Web Template Package provides templates for your new or redesigned
site that your staff can then apply to deliver an optimized Website,
including:
- Custom Website templates for home page, secondary page, tertiary
page, and search results page
- Custom navigation system
- Custom graphics throughout site (limited to site look and feel
and DHTML effects, where applicable)
- Internal search tool

Customized Design and Maintenance
If you have another Web design or maintenance needs—including
stand-alone maintenance, e-commerce (online retailing), HTML e-mail,
and Intranet and Extranet development—or the packages above
don't quite meet your needs, Ocotillo Design provides customized
design and maintenance to complement our project
management and graphics, writing,
and editing content development. Our customized services are
not limited in scope or context, and no design job is too big (or

Web Hosting, Domain Name Registration, and
Server Maintenance
Ocotillo Design does not host Websites, directly register domain
names, provide e-mail services, or provide server maintenance. Through
our partnerships,
however, we do arrange Website hosting, domain name registration
and transfer, e-mail naming and forwarding, and out-of-sight-out-of-mind
server maintenance. Or we're happy to work with your current server
or host of your choice. Web hosting, domain name registration, and
related fees are not included in the package pricing, but may be
included in customized services.
Generally, Ocotillo Design arranges Web hosting, domain name registration,
and related server-side arrangements and the customer pays the Internet
service provider directly.
