Ocotillo Design Builds + Launches New Casas Arroyo Website

We are pleased to announce the launch of our newest community website, the membership-based Casas Arroyo Homeowners Association at CasasArroyo.org.

Casas Arroyo is located in Sonoita, Arizona on 200+ acres near the intersection of Highways 82 and 83. Homes are built on lots of approximately .44 acre. All lot owners share 193 acres of common land in the oak-studded foothills of the Santa Rita Mountains, as well as a community pool, and are members of the HOA, which is administered by a six-member board of directors.
